• Expertise on XML Parser(s) and XML Data Binding frameworks like JAXB 
• Good understanding of ORM frameworks like Hibernate 
• Advance knowledge on Spring framework 
• Solid understanding of SOAP and REST architecture 
• Good SQL knowledge 
• UML, Design Patterns 
• Knowledge on build tools like Maven/ANT 
• Knowledge on Continuous Integration 
• Any RDBMS preferably Oracle 
• OOAD 
• Excellent team player 
• Ability to adopt and learn
